It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Taylor Elizabeth Gladwell, lovingly known as Tay, who left us on May 10, 2099, in her hometown of Ogden, Utah. Born on January 6, 2000, also in Ogden, Taylor blossomed into a vibrant, joyful soul whose presence filled any room with laughter and light. Her silly, goofy spirit was a treasured part of her personality, endearing her to all fortunate enough to know her.
Taylor’s life was a beautiful tapestry woven with passion, adventure, and kindness. A proud graduate of Weber State University, she dedicated much of her professional life as an Account Executive at Tukios, where her diligence and warmth created lasting impressions. But beyond her career, Taylor’s heart was nourished by the simple yet profound joys of knitting and reading, hobbies that reflected her thoughtful and creative nature.
One of Taylor's most extraordinary achievements was her successful hike up Mount Everest—a testament to her fearless determination and adventurous spirit. This incredible feat stands as a symbol of her tenacity and strength, inspiring those who knew her to reach new heights in their own lives.
Taylor’s family and close friends held special places in her heart. She shared a loving marriage with her husband, John Doe, whom she married on June 10, 1985. Her Aunt Marissa Riche was among her beloved living relatives who treasured her deeply. Taylor also carried the legacy of her great-grandmother, Pauline Bennet, whose memory she honored and cherished.
Visitation services will be held twice to celebrate Taylor’s life. The first will take place at Tukios, located at 2326 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84001, on October 1, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A second visitation will be held much later, on May 12, 2099, at Sonzini 2, 850 N 2200 W, Ogden, UT 84041, from 5:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
Though she is no longer with us, Taylor’s memory persists in the hearts of those who loved her—a silly, goofy girl with a fierce spirit and a compassionate soul. As we reflect on her life, we find comfort in the laughter she shared, the mountains she climbed, and the warmth she gave so freely. Taylor Elizabeth Gladwell’s journey may have ended, but her light and love will forever illuminate the path for those she leaves behind.
