It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Taylor Elizabeth Gladwell, known affectionately to all who loved her as "Tay." Born on January 6, 2000, in Ogden, Utah, Taylor’s journey came to an end on May 10, 2099, in her beloved hometown of Ogden, where she spent a life full of love, adventure, and laughter.
Taylor was a vibrant spirit—often described as a “Silly Goofy Girl” by those fortunate enough to know her. Her infectious joy and playful nature brightened every room she entered, leaving behind a trail of cherished memories. Throughout her life, Taylor embraced her passions with wholehearted enthusiasm. She was an avid knitter and an avid reader, finding solace and inspiration in these quiet, creative pursuits. Her adventurous spirit was equally evident in her proudest accomplishment: hiking Mt. Everest, a testament to her determination, courage, and zest for life.
A dedicated professional, Taylor carved out a distinguished career as an Account Executive at Tukios—a role where her warmth and commitment made a meaningful impact. She pursued higher education at Weber State University, which laid the foundation for her personal and professional achievements.
Her life was profoundly enriched by her close relationships. Taylor shared a loving marriage with her husband, John Doe, whom she married on June 10, 1985. Her warmth extended beyond immediate family to treasured relatives like her aunt, Marissa Riche, who remains a source of support and love. Taylor will also be remembered with affection as a beloved great-granddaughter to Pauline Bennet, whose memory she carried in her heart.
Taylor’s legacy will live on through the countless lives she touched with her kindness, humor, and courage. She was a beacon of light in a sometimes challenging world—one who faced every moment with a smile and a heart full of love. She leaves behind not just a family and friends who mourn her loss deeply, but also an indelible spirit that will continue to inspire.
Visitation services to honor Taylor’s life will be held on October 1, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Tukios, located at 2326 Washington Blvd, Ogden, UT 84001. Another visitation is scheduled for May 12, 2099, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Sonzini 2, 850 N 2200 W, Ogden, UT 84041. These moments of remembrance invite all who knew Taylor to gather, share stories, and celebrate the beautiful life she lived.
Though she has departed from this world, Taylor Elizabeth Gladwell’s spirit remains forever present—in the gentle knit of a scarf, the turning of a well-loved page, and the whisper of the mountain winds where she once climbed. Her story is one of joy, bravery, and boundless love—a story that will never be forgotten.
